Error al instalar ADO.NET SQLite en Win 7

estoy recibiendo el siguiente error al intentar instalar la versión de ADO.NET de SQLite en dos diferentes Win 7 ordenadores portátiles:

Installer.exe: #32 @ 2012.05.06T13:58:34.8921292: Configuration.Process: No actual changes will be made to this system because "what-if" mode is enabled. 
Installer.exe: #33 @ 2012.05.06T13:58:34.8951293: TraceOps.ShowMessage: Cannot continue, the "confirm" option is not enabled. 

estoy ejecutando el instalador. exe como administrador.

Bueno, yo estoy teniendo exactamente el mismo problema,

pero el problema es b/c Installer.exe requiere un argumento de línea de comandos, llamado "-confirm"

Ellos hicieron esto para hacer el exe no instalar cuando se hace doble clic.

Así que por favor trate siguiente comando desde la línea de comandos

Installer -confirm true
