Instalar y configurar Joomla 1.5 CMS en mi xampp local.

Después he instalar,

"Estándares estrictos" no es técnicamente un error, significa que la versión de Joomla que instaló no se adhiere estrictamente a los estándares de PHP. Lo que quiere hacer es dos cosas: primero, restringir la notificación de errores en php. para no informar una violación de las normas como un error, luego (cuando esté listo para la puesta en marcha), apague Joom la notificación de errores

En su php.ini, cambie error_reporting = E_ALL | E_STRICT a error_reporting = E_ALL & ~ E_NOTICE

Reiniciar xampp para aplicar los cambios.

En el archivo configuration.php de Joomla, el cambio de valor $ error_reporting a 6135.

Debe desactivar la visualización de errores y advertencias PHP de su php.ini. Puede contactar a su proveedor de hosting al respecto o puede hacerlo usted mismo (si tiene acceso a ese archivo).

Si no tiene acceso al archivo php.ini, puede intentar editar su archivo htaccess. (Podemos encontrar este archivo en la raíz de su! Instalación de Joomla. Si el nombre es htaccess.txt, recuerde que debe cambiar su nombre a .htaccess.
