Distribución expandir animación

Question

He hecho el diseño expandir la animación con el siguiente código. Funciona bien cuando invocamos la animación haciendo clic en una vista de texto, pero lo mismo no sucede cuando trato de hacer eso haciendo clic en un diseño. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme a resolver esto?
