wcf archivo web.config

ok, mi archivo tiene esta estructura.

obtuve el mismo web.config en otro wcf y funcionó como un champ, ofc con diferentes carpetas y archivos. mi estructura de carpetas es la siguiente.

así, yo sólo hice 1 WCF y funcionó bien con el mismo web.conif. Mi suerte de exp y el conocimiento sobre esto me está matando. ¿Alguna pista?

Hasta donde yo sé, solo necesita el punto final con el mexHttpBinding si desea exponer el WSDL a los clientes. Visual Studio (o wcfutil.exe) necesita la descripción de WSDL para crear las clases de cliente de servicio web.

Después de crear estas clases de cliente del servicio web, ya no debería necesitar exponer el WSDL.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: El elemento <service> en el archivo de configuración debería tener este aspecto:
