Estoy tratando de instalar el FastCGIDev kit desde here.Instalación del kit de desarrollo FastCGI

Pero aparece el siguiente error cuando intento make. No tengo idea de cómo resolverlo. ¿Algunas ideas? Estoy usando Ubuntu 64 bit.

Si no te importa ejecutar siempre el límite de sangría, ubuntu proporciona el paquete libfcgi-dev contra el que puedes compilar. – T0xicCode

vi fcgi-2.4.0/libfcgi/fcgio.cpp 

y añadir #include <stdio.h>, a continuación, compilar y que lo hará.

#include "stdio.h" 

va a resolver el problema real.
