Instalación del kit de desarrollo FastCGI

Estoy tratando de instalar el FastCGIDev kit desde here.

Pero aparece el siguiente error cuando intento make. No tengo idea de cómo resolverlo. ¿Algunas ideas? Estoy usando Ubuntu 64 bit.

vi fcgi-2.4.0/libfcgi/fcgio.cpp 

y añadir #include <stdio.h>, a continuación, compilar y que lo hará.

#include "stdio.h" 

va a resolver el problema real.
