El cliente WCF devuelve una matriz vacía: la respuesta XML parece correcta

Estoy intentando crear un cliente WCF simple (C#) para un servicio web alojado en nuestra intranet. Usando Fiddler y SoapUI puedo ver que la solicitud y la respuesta parecen correctas, pero cuando ejecuto el código, se devuelve una matriz vacía.

Voy a tratar de pegar sólo las líneas relevantes (y sin embargo, habrá una gran cantidad de cosas), pero no dude en preguntar si me he perdido algo:

Incluso si la respuesta contiene un elemento de basicWorkforce, la variable result es una matriz vacía de basicWorkforce.

¡Finalmente lo hizo! Para cualquiera que tenga el mismo problema, se encuentra en los espacios de nombres. En este caso, en la matriz devuelta por getByKeyResponse.

Así, Acabo de cambiar esto:
