realidad controlador se carga por el module_init macro (my_init); aquí "my_init" puede ser la función especificada por el usuario y MUDULE_EXIT (my_cleanup); aquí my_exit puede ser la función especificada por el usuario. esas dos macros faltan en el código anterior.

Makefile: la obj-m + = chardev.o es que ser reemplazado con obj-m: = chardev.o.

También soy un principiante de LLD. Si hay algún error, házmelo saber.
