Tengo permite decir una "fecha de viaje" y fechas de exclusión. Voy a dividir la fecha de viaje en pedazos de acuerdo a las fechas de black out.PL/SQL Split, separa una fecha en nuevas fechas según las fechas de black out!

Nota: la fecha del viaje puede ser de entre 0 - 9999 99 99

Es para representar el infinito, no para una fecha específica. Ej .: Fecha de inicio: 00010101 Fecha de finalización: 99991231. El rendimiento debe ser rápido. – ahmet

Si la tabla black_out_dates contiene N filas, entonces hay como máximo N + 1 brechas.La consulta constituye un período de fecha de inactividad ficticia en [2011-01-03,2011-01-03] y luego utiliza la función analítica LEAD para determinar dónde comienza la siguiente fecha de exclusión. Las funciones analíticas ROW_NUMBER eliminan los períodos que se superponen por completo, ya que estropean los períodos de brecha.

Pero cambiar la fecha del viaje al 01/04/2001 - 11/12/2013 debería dar como resultado

Esto devuelve una lista discreta de todas las fechas que existen en las fechas de viaje variar, pero no en la lista de la restricción de fechas, y luego las combina el uso de Oracle - Convert value from rows into ranges:

El rendimiento de @ahment se reducirá para cualquier cosa que calcule 10000 años, pero primero no creo que este sea su caso, y segundo, puede optimizarlo fácilmente generando la subconsulta de días solo para el día siguiente después del final de la primer bloqueo y el día anterior al comienzo del último bloqueo. Luego, genere dos nuevos grupos para 0001 01 01 a primer bloqueo - 1 y último bloqueo + 1 a 9999 12 31 (si es necesario). Puedes hacerlo incluso en la misma oración con los sindicatos. – jachguate

@ahmet, pruébalo y mira, probablemente lo encontrarás bastante bien independientemente. La sugerencia de jachguate también es buena para minimizar el número de filas generadas. Puede obtener las fechas MIN y MAX de la fecha de viaje y las tablas de bloqueo y generar solo el número mínimo de filas requeridas. –
