Problemas para conseguir que webViewDidStartLoad y webViewDidFinishLoad funcionen

La vista web carga la página. No llama a los métodos webViewDidStartLoad o webViewDidFinishLoad.

creo que se han olvidado de ajustar su delegado. es decir webView.delegate=self;
