También he enfrentado un problema cuando no se puede ejecutar el emulador en absoluto (se apaga con una excepción). La solución para mí fue desconectar la pantalla externa. modelo actual - Macbook pro 13 ", no retina con Intel Graphics HD 4000, mediados de 2012. Maldición, tantos errores aparecen en el último modelo de macbook. Realmente me arrepiento de haber vendido el modelo de mediados de 2010. También fue más rápido por mucho a SSD. – Ruzard

Esto parece ser un error con la emulación de la GPU de hardware. (Usted tiene hw.gpu.enabled' VALUE='yes' en sus registros, lo que significa que esta característica está habilitada.)

Desactive la "emulación de GPU" en su configuración de AVD y las cosas deberían funcionar normalmente.

Después de instalar Android SDK Tools 21.1 rc (en el canal de vista previa), el emulador con GPU host habilitado funciona muy bien ahora (rápido y nunca al revés).

Simplemente inicie el Administrador de Android SDK y habilite el canal de vista previa en el cuadro de diálogo de configuración.
