Los errores de validación están bien, porque están utilizando la documentación adecuada de CSS 2.1 y su intento de validar las propiedades de CSS3 en un contexto de CSS 2.1.

Lo que probablemente quiere es construir su aplicación pasando por alto los errores de estilo CSS, sin importar lo que son, para eso se puede transformar esta "errores" en advertencias usando las opciones de Visual Studio:

en el menú de Visual Studio, haga clic en:

Tools>Options... y profundizar en Text Editor>CSS>Miscellaneous

y Simplemente haga los errores CSS para ser tratados as warnings
