Simplemente incluya el archivo javascript en línea o externamente.

Aunque puedo entender las razones detrás de los desarrolladores que desean hacer esto , Me resulta muy molesto tener que esperar a que se carguen partes de la página. Además, si te desplazas hacia la parte inferior de la página de inmediato, mientras el contenido carga, la página salta, así que asegúrate de configurar tus elementos en bloques para que el contenido no salte y me haga llorar;) –
Esto de saltar se puede arreglar fácilmente estableciendo el alto y el ancho de la imagen en HTML, por ejemplo, . Es mejor práctica, también – cam8001
