Esta es una pregunta antigua, pero tenía un problema único en el sentido de que quería/necesitaba usar el formato de archivo CSProj más nuevo con .Net Core SDK, pero tiene un known issue sin poder hacer referencia a bibliotecas de extensión, como mshtml. Así que finalmente encontré una solución que es posible sin una referencia a mshtml.

Alguna inspiración vino de https://stackoverflow.com/a/28464764/2646868 donde el usuario emitió la propiedad WebBrowser.Document al dynamic.
