Error al utilizar Symfony Forms/Silex & Twig

Question

Estoy tratando de representar un formulario de Symfony usando twig en una aplicación Silex. Estoy usando la biblioteca Symfony 2 Form, Symfony Bridge Twig Forms Extension y Twig.

Aquí está mi archivo bootsrap:

me sale el siguiente error:

Twig_Error_Runtime: Variable "desactivado" no existe.

El seguimiento de pila es muy grande, pero aquí están las dos primeras entradas:

creo que la variable 'desactivado' está en la plantilla por defecto.

usted parece estar utilizando una variable deshabilitado en su plantilla ramita (como {{}} discapacitados o en una sentencia if tal vez) que no se está pasando a la plantilla. En el código anterior, no veo ninguna variable llamada 'disabled' que se pase a twig ...
