Puede usar/XD para excluir directorios,/XF para excluir archivos
/Maxage: n se puede utilizar para excluir archivos anteriores a n días,
pero afaik it only wor ks para días enteros

Además, si solo necesita mover archivos y no directorios,
puede cambiar/MOVER a/MOV.
No estoy seguro si eso también excluye los archivos en esos directorios.

Aunque especifique fechas con maxage, seguirá escaneando toda la carpeta para determinar la marca de tiempo. A veces puede ser bastante largo si tienes muchas carpetas y archivos. Es posible que desee hacer un cambio de XD para que robocopy excluya la carpeta para escanear.

Si su carpeta está fechada como '2012-xx-xx .... 2014-xx-xx' no puede excluirlas fácilmente usando xd. Por ejemplo,

roboycopy fuente dest/E/xd 2014-012014-02

Esto copiará sólo las carpetas nuevas o iguales a 2014-03
